FRIENDS IN THE EU (and rest of world ex. UK)
To all our voyaging friends in the EU, not only is Britain leaving the EU heartbreaking personally, but also for Voyager. As of 1st January 2021, the United Kingdom was no longer part of the European Union and has since been subject to customs/duties on certain items of a particular value. As a very small brand, I am afraid I cannot cover these costs, undervalue or mark the items as gifts.
I am continuing to find out what that means for me and my business, but also for my wonderful customers.
If you are subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your order when it arrives, you will be contacted by the shipping company with more information and are liable to pay these fees. Please see your own government's guidelines on import of commercial goods.
UK mainland delivery is charged at £8 and is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is guaranteed next day by 1pm). If delivery is delayed please do get in touch to let me know. I use this service as it is the only service that will insure the cost of your garment. If the customer wishes to use another service they can arrange this, however responsibility of any delay or loss would be the customers responsibility.
International postage is charged at £15 for Europe and £20 for rest of the world and is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. The services used have added insurance so that your garment is covered. International shipment of goods may incur charges in the form of customs/duties and processing fees, please be aware of this prior to purchase as the customer will be liable to pay these charges. As a small business, I am afraid these costs will have to be covered by the customer and they cannot be marked as gifts or undervalued. Returns & Refunds
I truly hope you fall head-over-heels for your piece from Voyager.London, but if there are any issues, I will do my best to help. Please contact Alice (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you receive your order if there are any problems. Any returns must be confirmed with Alice prior to posting. You have 14 days to request an exchange or refund for your order.
Items are made-to-order and all fabrics are deadstock/ex-designer and cannot be sourced again once they are exhausted, so please do take care when ordering and contact Alice, prior to purchase, if you are at all concerned about the sizing. As a small business, the customer is liable for the returns postage, should your item not fit. Thank you for understanding.
Any fully-custom orders cannot be returned.
The collection is designed with comfort and versatility in mind. All pieces are free from zips and constraints and can be styled by you. No garment is fitted at the waist or hips. Please see the measurements provided in the product description, to ensure fit. Slight tweaks can be made to the items if you contact me to arrange this.
